APS Ltd. is a California business trust established in 1989 to provide asset protection services. Eventually, the needs and wishes of its clients convinced the trust to engage private capital investing for innovative technologies and alternative healthcare and wellness concepts and modalities. J & J Ward Enterprise brought to APS several equities and projects that fit the APS vision and mission. The acquisition of J & J Ward Enterprise brought the many companies and projects under development as viewed on the Portfolio page. APS Ltd. has been managed from inception by William Daniel Barger, its managing trustee.
