Joel de Wardeaux

Mr. Wardeaux (aka Ward) has owned or managed several successful companies over the past four decades spanning across several industries: (i) construction and development, (ii) aviation, heavy transport manufacturing, (iii) investment banking, including structuring and capitalizing numerous client companies, and (iv) hedge fund management. From attendance at Northumbria Law School in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, and a background in international and business law he was a partner for a decade in an international asset protection and tax planning firm and is highly skilled in complex contract, corporate and trust law.

Joel brings his executive and general management experience along with skills in business structuring, law and leadership of people, projects, and companies to J & J Ward Enterprise and associated entities. His avocation passions include aviation (as a pilot), travelling and writing, which he loves to incorporate into business projects.
